Erica Bristol, Esq.

Erica Bristol is an attorney and founder of Evening Legal™. She received her J.D. from the UCLA School of Law in 1999. Erica is also a commercial mediator, specializing in intellectual property and business disputes since 2006. In addition to her commercial practice, she serves a Panel Mediator for the United States District Court, Central District of California, and a Panel Neutral for the Santa Barbara County courts.

Erica is an adjunct faculty member of the Santa Barbara and Ventura Colleges of Law, where she teaches Intellectual Property and Statutory Interpretation.

Personal Interests

Erica spends her spare time enjoying classic American muscle cars, motorcycles, music (she plays bass), Formula 1/MotoGP racing and RV life. She worked as a Formula 1 and MotoGP flagger at the (former) Mazda Laguna Seca Raceway in California, and the Circuit of the Americas racetrack near Austin, Texas. She has two chihuahuas, Kiki and Fang, that eavesdrop on client calls and provide 24-hour perimeter security.
